After a peaceful meditation, Geralt of Rivia will soon be ready to slay monsters once more as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's upcoming Blood and Wine expansion may be released on June 7th.
Unearthed by website Wccftech, a Polish gaming website - GRYOnline - recently listed the released date, which falls in line with the previously announced 2016 release window. CD Projekt Red have yet to make an official announcement, so the suggested release date is still speculative and may simply be a placeholder.
Fans suspected that the release date would be announced during PAX East, but according to tweets from CD Projekt Red Community manager Marcin Momot, "The panel & some fun activities for people attending the show are our main focus".
Blood and Wine will be the second expansion for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which promises to be even bigger than the first expansion - Hearts of Stone - with a new area to explore and 20+ hours of content for Witcher fans to sink their teeth into.
