It looks like Diablo 2 and StarCraft: Brood Wars are getting their first update in years.In his post regarding Diablo 2, he stated:
"Overall, to give you some more insight on where we are currently for Diablo II, we would love to bring a higher resolution such as WarIII with its 1920 X 1080.
Man, Blizzard keeps putting Nova in stuff, from bits of Starcraft II, to Heroes of the Storm, to this mini campaign thing.Look dawg, I hate to break it to you, Blizz, but you never actually released Starcraft: Ghost, and I don't think that many people actually like Nova that much as a character.
South Korean website Sports Seoul is reporting new rumors concerning a supposed remastered version of the original StarCraft that Blizzard would be preparing to launch this year.This new version would implement high resolution graphics and update the Battle.
It took awhile to get a sequel in 2010, but now they are going back to their roots as it has been revealed that the original game is being redone in Starcraft Remastered.The remastered graphics will include updated buildings, units, environments, and now will support expanded resolutions, making Starcraft look better than ever.
Blizzard make the announcement last month that the original Starcraft and its DLC expansion Brood War were getting remastered for PC with a release scheduled for this summer.For those that can’t wait for that and want to play some classic Starcraft, you can now do so completely free.
